BlinkPost MCP server: use BlinkPost inside Claude
BlinkPost runs an official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://blinkpost.ai/mcp. Connect it to Claude to draft on-brand social posts, review your post library and schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn without leaving the conversation.
What you need
- A BlinkPost account with your business profile filled in. Create one if you don't have one.
- A Claude account that can add connectors.
- To schedule posts, at least one social account connected in BlinkPost.
Connect BlinkPost to Claude
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors. If BlinkPost is listed, select it and choose Connect. Otherwise choose Add custom connector and enter
https://blinkpost.ai/mcp. - Sign in to BlinkPost with the account you use for your business.
- Review what Claude will be able to do and choose Authorize & Connect. You are returned to Claude.
- Ask Claude something like “What does BlinkPost know about my business?” to check it works.
What Claude can do

Schedule a post schedule_post | Write | Schedules one of your existing posts for a future date and time. |
Claude never publishes to your social accounts. Posts it creates are saved as drafts for you to review in BlinkPost, or scheduled when you ask.

- “Write an Instagram post about our autumn roof inspection offer, friendly tone.”
- “Show me my last 5 drafts for LinkedIn.”
- “Schedule that post for next Tuesday at 9am.”
Limits
- Posts generated through Claude count against the same monthly allowance as posts generated on blinkpost.ai. See pricing.
- To protect your account, generation is limited to a few posts per minute and an hourly cap. If you hit a limit, Claude will tell you how long to wait.
Your data
Claude only sees what a tool returns for your own account: your business profile, your posts and the names of your connected social accounts. It never receives your password, billing details or social media access tokens.

Disconnect
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors, select BlinkPost and choose Disconnect. Claude can no longer reach your BlinkPost account. Posts already created stay in your BlinkPost library.
